Cinnamon Roll Cake

My dad wanted a cinnamon swirl cake with cream cheese icing for his birthday. Think of it as one big cinnamon roll!

Wiggles Cake

This was a Wiggles cake for my nephew's Birthday. It was very basic & easy. I put colored sugar sprinkles into the batter so the cake looked like confetti on the inside.

Luau Cake #1

My sister-in-law went to Hawaii for her Birthday so she had a Luau Birthday party before she left. The palm trees are plastic ornaments. The outside is goldfish crackers (with little white bubbles) and the "dirt" on Hawaii is brown sugar over brown icing. The flowers have tiny yellow non pareils for pollen. The ocean is white icing with blue spray on color.

This cake was made for my mother-in-law. It's sort of a combination idea of 2 previous cakes (12/19/05 & 7/9/06)

Double Birthday

Double Birthday Cake for my mom and friend. This was my first attempt at roses. They are bigger than I intended. The upper half has yellow dots as apposed to the pink dotted lower half.

Father's Day Fun

Happy Father's Day! This "DADS" cake was fun. In order from top left and going clockwise: My Uncle Andre, Pepere, J.C., and Daddy. The cake was chocolate with a Vanilla Caramel filling and Icing. (Coconut for Pepere's hair)

Helicopter Cake

"Alan" is a helicopter pilot for the Army Reserves. For the inside as you can see I colored the cake batter and swirled it to look like camo. (J.C.'s idea!)
