I found these printable cake toppers.  The cupcakes are strawberry flavored and of course strawberry decorated.

Paleo Cupcakes

Last year it was gluten-free.  This year we are on a crazy candida diet.  So we are going for Sugar-Free too.  These were Paleo Cupcakes with a Truvia Frosting.  They were actually SO delicious!

Toy Story Cupcakes

My cupcakes are more and more simple these days.  A simple pattern, themed papers, small action figures, and paper toppers is all you need.

Simple Gluten Free Cupcakes

No.  This is NOT what they should look like.  This was after my 2 year old got ahold of them while I was trying to take care of the birthday girl who suddenly came down ill :(

So we celebrated a week later instead.  And I switched from purple to pink:

Birthday Cupcakes for My Monkey

My 2 year old IS a monkey!
The topper is just printed on paper and taped to a toothpick.  And of course the bananas are from a box of Runts (which are NOT easy to find anymore)

Hello Kitty Cake

My 4 year old is obsessed with Hello Kitty.  I'm super busy these days, so I was only planning on making these simple "cheater" cupcakes...

But I REALLY wanted to try Hello Kitty.  So this was what I threw together. Not my most symmetric work...but hey.  Gianna loved it :)

4 years old!!!

A "Blue" 1st Birthday for a Girl???

Yes.  That's right.  I threw a blue birthday for my baby girl.  She has the most beautiful blue eyes and she looks so lovely in blue.
Here is the cake:

I made a small Princess cake with Ballet Cupcakes for my daughter's 3rd Birthday (she couldn't decide so I did both).

Puzzling 50th Birthday

My Mom is a Puzzle Master. She's done lots of so called "impossible puzzles" and will take up any challenge put before her. So for her 50th Birthday, I made her a puzzle cake. It's actually 50 pieces. The cupcakes are the "missing" white pieces from the main cake. It's more fun and colorful than your typical "over the hill" cakes at least.

Celebrating the Gift of Life

My cousin celebrated 10 years of gifted life through a heart transplant. I was honored to make the cakes for the wonderful occasion. The bitter sweet story of course begins with the tragedy of one life lost, but in the end another life was saved. It was a day to remember the donor too.

Gianna's 2nd Birthday

So I was a little lazy this time around. She was excited of course anyways! And really didn't even know WHAT I was going to do until Daddy brought home the birthday balloon with flowers on it. So I went with it! (been under the weather lately too...so it's a big accomplishment for me).
When we weren't looking she decided to go "flower picking". LOL!

Triple Baptism

A Friend of mine baptized all 3 of her boys on the same day. I had the honor of making the cake. The names are written in the finest tip available.
Lugosi
Donatello
Botticelli
And a few cupcakes for good measure.

Rose Tea Cakes

I made these little rose tea cakes for my daughter's Little Flower's Tea. The symbol for their group is a rose (which represents their patron Saint Therese "The Little Flower"). The cake is colored pink but tastes like white. They are coated with a yummy donut like glaze. I was given a special pan of rose cakes one Christmas and this was the first opportunity I had to use it. I love how the doilies give them an elegant touch.
